Short Game School
More than 50 years ago, Tommy Armour said, "The pros master the short game because they want the money."
A proficient short game is the fastest way to reduce your handicap. Because nearly 70 percent of all shots fall within 60 yards of the flag, it's imperative for you to be effective in this vital scoring zone.
My Short Game School is a three day program that covers all aspects of your short game. We'll begin by assessing what you need to accomplish in putting, chipping, pitching, short and long bunker shots, and your lob shot.
Much like your full swing, what you do at address virtually dictates what the club and cannot do during the physical motion of the swing or stroke.
For example, the only way to hit a solid chip shot is to make a sharp descending blow - and that's the product of a good set-up in which you put your weight slightly forward and stand to the handle.

- Key characteristics of all short game shots

- Importance of hitting different trajectory shots

- A clear understanding of the proper bounce for playing conditions
