Here's How We Do It:
- We start with a medical questionnaire that helps with our assessment. Then, we perform an extensive evaluation of posture at address and throughout the swing. We assess flexibility, strength, range of motion and balance.
- We explain preferred norms, and why they are important in your swing.
- Once we evaluate all the data, we discuss with you what exercises are needed, and we develop a customized program just for you.
- Our exercises are the same as those players on the Tour use every day to improve their game.
When complete, our golf evaluation will help you walk away with the tools to:
